With over a decade of work experience, Nipun has been an integral force contributing to the evolution of the legal fraternity, through initiatives aimed at growing Law Firms, Corporate Legal Departments, and the Legal Education sector. Nipun is an expert in the fields of Strategic Planning, Equity & Partnership Structuring, Legal Practice Management, Brand Strategy, Human Resource Development, and facilitating Synergies & Alliances amongst Law Firms.  

Nipun acts as a Strategic Advisor to several Managing Partners, Partners, and individual Legal Practitioners, guiding them towards venturing into upcoming and niche practice areas, professionalization of business support functions, and bringing automation into management solutions. 

He has assisted the leading firms of the country, advising them on mergers/acquisitions, partnership structuring, strategy/business planning, compensation modeling, compensation benchmarking, implementation of IT solutions, HR solutions and conflict resolution, brand enhancement, and market positioning.

Reckoned as the voice guiding next-gen lawyers, Nipun is actively involved with law students in hand-holding and helping them towards making correct career choices. He is frequently invited by Universities and Law Schools from across the country to get involved with various initiatives like Guest Lectures, Student Counselling, and Workshops to help law students cope with career-related issues/stress. 

With a Post-Graduation Certificate Course in Indian & International Intellectual Property Rights from the Indian Society of International Law (ISIL), Nipun is also an IP enthusiast. Outside work, he is an avid reader and a genre that he finds himself gravitating towards is the law of attraction and manifestation.
