A firm is known by its Partners and the second layer under them (Associate Partners, Principal Associates, etc.) and it needs to focus on achieving all round development of these professionals.
While execution as a key quality cannot be ignored, rainmaking is equally vital to growing the practice and eventually develop the firm. We assist these senior professionals in developing zeal and pro-activeness in their approach towards Business Development. We also help in identifying the skill set of each professional and helps them take up responsibilities matching with their personality types. Some may be good in active Business Development by conducting meetings and being comfortable in directly dealing with the clients.
