I possess in-depth expertise in providing advice and executing initiatives related to strategic branding, management, human resources, business development, operations efficiency enhancement and other growth-related matters for Law firms by being a part of the Legal League Consulting Team. I have been guiding and mentoring junior team members on the concepts of Law Firm Management and have now built a team of consultants who work in Mumbai and have assisted towards growing the footprint of Legal League Consulting in Mumbai.

Prior to joining Legal League Consulting, I have worked at Aitken Spence PLC in the fields of Strategic Management, Human Resources and Branding & Business Development for highly lucrative and groundbreaking industry sectors in the Sri Lankan market. I have worked with several partnering global brands and international consulting companies and have also handled investor relations as a part of my stint with Aitken Spence. I have been a part of formulating a Group wide sustainability strategy, centralized branding and communications strategy across 16 different industry sectors. I have also conceptualized and introduced several new ventures to the company. During this tenure, I have been capable to liaise with multiple teams across different business verticals and by working and reporting to the Board of Directors.

I have a combination of qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Management Accounting (CIMA UK) and the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM UK) and therefore am able to analyze and drive business growth from a macro and micro-level. I am also a certified POSH Trainer – Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace (POSH Act 2013) and been trained on topics such as gender sensitization, diversity and inclusion.
